Ep#109 The Business Model Built for Neurodivergent Creators: How Paid Communities Create Steady Income & Creative Freedom

What if your many passions were the business model not the problem?

In this episode, we (Kristen & Mia) map out the business model that finally worked for our fast-moving, neurodivergent brains: paid communities that generate monthly recurring revenue (MRR) while giving us space to follow side quests, switch gears, and stay regulated.

We explore the real cost of relying on courses, coaching, or 1:1 work calendar fatigue, emotional crash after launches, and constantly starting from scratch. Instead, we show you how to:

• Design a membership model that works with your energy (not against it)
• Use monthly themes, live workshops, or templates to deliver value without burning out
• Turn your course into a backend community to unlock longevity and connection
• Create a pivot-proof personal brand based on your values, not just your topic

You’ll also hear how to:

• Let go of career shame (especially if you’re leaving healthcare or service-based work)
• Use AI & community feedback for rapid product development
• Keep your nervous system calm with a doable delivery cadence
• Leverage TikTok for top-of-funnel growth—no dancing required

If you’re neurodivergent, multi-passionate, and exhausted from chasing every trend, this is your permission slip to build a business that actually feels good to run.

Meet Mia And Kristen

SPEAKER_03 0:01

Are you ready to master the art of creating content that converts? Hey, I'm Mia, a mum of two who went from being a burnt up and boat to six-figure content creator in one video or beginning a late ADHD diagnosis.

SPEAKER_02 0:13

I'm Kristen, also Mum of Two, and a former corporate branding queen to an entrepreneur. My dyslexic brains is marketing very differently, and that's my superpower. And together we're showing women like you how to master video marketing and create content that generates income. Whether you're just starting out or ready to scale, we are breaking down everything from landing brand new to building your own empire. Welcome to I Am That Content Creator Podcast, where we can scroll fucking content into serious income.

SPEAKER_03 0:41

No filters, no fun, just real strategies from two neurodivergent mums to get it. So let's turn your phone into a video marketing team. And let's go! Every time. Every time there's something gone wrong. But that's just the life of a spicy entrepreneur. That's right.

SPEAKER_02 1:20

And so we thought we would jump in today with a couple of conversations we've been having on the reg, together in the Slack channel, Inside Evolution, our larger container where we're speaking to incredible. Multi-brilliant is the term we are going to coin right fucking here, right fucking now, write it in your diaries, name the date and shit. I don't know. Yeah, we're gonna trademark that motherfucker. I think what we really want to kind of touch on and the conversations that we're having is around it's okay to be, you know, I think if we said multi-passionate, you would probably understand what we're saying. You know, somebody that is a little neurospicy, doesn't like to follow the rule books, isn't on the straight and narrow, and is somebody that has got a lot of different passions. But what we're talking about when we say something like multi-brilliant, it's about channeling those passions and channeling that chaos into something that you can actually convert into an online business, into income, into passive income, recurring revenue, or an income stream that's going to support your multi-brilliance. And that we kind of want to celebrate and if nothing else, give you a permission slip to own that and a permission slip to be like, cool, so I don't have to do it by the rules. And

Defining Multi-Brilliant Creators

SPEAKER_02 2:40

you know, that's come out so much in the last few live launches we've done and the last few um education things we've done inside the community, and what we're seeing on social media definitely is this like rebellion against fuck it, I do not want to do one goddamn thing, and we're here to say good, because you shouldn't. And we're gonna be kind of unpack.

SPEAKER_03 2:59

Yeah, and it's like you can, it's quite easy to monetize one particular niche, but like I've got ADHD and I know myself. I know that I cannot stick to one niche, one topic, one product, one, one, one, one, do it over and over and over again, which is quite easy for a neurotypical person to do. They're very linear, they go in a straight line. But for people like us who are multipassionate and like to do a lot of things at once, how can you channel all your brilliance and still make a long-term sustainable income where you're not burning out trying to monetize all these different things and do all these different things and you just feel like giving up because it's all too much? So, how do we get the nervous system regulated and keep our brains happy by still going on side quests, but having that channeled brilliance that brings you in regular income. Yeah. And that lights.

SPEAKER_02 3:56

And also, yeah, and and when we say, you know, channeling that brilliance and trying to find something that supports you and your nervous system, it's about, you know, we are so passionate about building paid communities. And that's something that we really, really celebrate inside evolution, our larger 12-month coaching container. It's around understanding that when you bring a paid community into your ecosystem, the nervous system regulation that comes from recurring revenue. Now, when we say reoccurring revenue, let's break that down. Because if you are somebody that is in the online world and you've seen the digital products and the digital courses, and they are great. They're fucking great. And I will love digital products and digital courses forever, stand on that heel forever. But they are something that you create once. And yes, like many a guru will tell you you create it once and you sell over and over and over and over again. And you do, but you need to do the selling over and over and over and over and over again. And if you are multi-brilliant slash a little neurodivergent, you're gonna get the shits with talking about the same thing over and over and over.

SPEAKER_03 5:05

What happens when you stop talking about said thing over and over and over again? The sales

Monetising Chaos With Paid Communities

SPEAKER_03 5:10

dry up, and then you want to quit over and over and over again. And that's what we love pay communities, membership, subscriptions, because when you stop selling it over and over and over again and you have a little bit of a hiatus and you go on a little bit of a side quest, the money still comes in every single month. And you're not on your tail, chasing your tail all the time, going, shit, I need to talk about this thing nonstop and get the absolute shits with it. And then I can't do this and I can't do that, and I can't do all these things that I want to do.

SPEAKER_02 5:44

And I think, you know, when we say like nervous system regulation and things like that, and why we're passionate about it, because if we go back to that one course or one digital product that you are selling over again, that's fantastic. But if you're wanting to have your six-figure launch of your digital course or digital product, is it possible? Yes. Does it take a big launch lead time, a lot of different pieces of that puzzle to make it work? Yes. Investing in some ads, some paid ads, continued messaging, all of those things are in a perfect launch funnel and launch strategy, absolutely. And that needs to happen. But what happens for certainly what we have found and what we know across the industry is a huge amount of burnout after that launch. Because there is so much work and energy that goes into selling that one-off course or the continuously selling that digital product, those two, what we're saying with a paid community, and you know, Mia and I laugh about this sometimes. I certainly do, because being a blonde, just if we go back to that stereotyping go, oh, yeah, blends are dumb and all that kind of shit. Sometimes I laugh at myself because I literally have the thought of, oh my god, okay, we've got X amount of members in our community. That's amazing. Yep, so next month, okay, so we've got to sell that, we've got to increase that. And you kind of do the numbers in your head and you think, okay, because I'm still sometimes in that digital course world, which is a huge part of my journey. And I think, okay, we've got that, somebody's paid you, let's just call it $297, $4.97 for that course. Okay, I've got to sell that again. But then when you actually stop and look at it all, and we've done this a few times and laughed and gone, oh, those like 50 people that are in our membership that paid us last month when we did a launch, oh, they're still paying us next month and next month and next month because they are part of a paid community. So you've launched it once, and yes, you need to continue to involve those members, and there's retention strategies and all those things that you need to do. People will fall off, but people will be able to come in. And the difference is, and that's where that nervous system regulation is key, is when you actually stop and go, the launch I did that they entered my community, they're still here next month and the next month, and that reoccurring revenue is the part that we are passionate about for multi-brilliant creatives like yourself.

SPEAKER_03 8:00

Yeah. Burnout's huge for us because we go a million miles an hour and then we put on the brakes and we're like, oh my God, I got to rot on the couch for three weeks just to live again. But not only that, it's also having a paid community lets you breathe. With a static course, you've created it once, right? Yes, you can update it and add things and whatnot. But in a paid community, you've got the ability to change it up every single month. And you're in control. Maybe one month you do a workshop, maybe the next month it's a template, or maybe the next month it's an in-person something. You've got that fluidity that you can change and adapt and bring in other topics, and you've got this community who are telling you exactly what they want. You're getting the real-time feedback, and it just gives you more room to be creative, which is what we need. And you feel less restricted because you can evolve it as you evolve too. It's very hard to evolve a course all the time because generally you pick one topic and you teach on that topic and that's it. And then you sell it over and over and over again. And it's a bit like the one-on-one clients as well. If you're doing one-on-ones, which is great for that quick income and you know, you don't have to do big launches, but

Why Recurring Revenue Regulates Your Nervous System

SPEAKER_03 9:20

you are tied to your calendar. You can't go and have a holiday or like your calendar just becomes your umbilical cord. And that can be really claustrophobic for a multi-passionate ADHD brain who likes to do things on their terms when it suits them, on their time schedule. And I think that's another big reason why a lot of people burn out with the one-on-ones because there's just no, you just burn out because you're just basically telling people the same thing, but on a one-on-one capacity. Why not do that one to many and you get great feedback? And you can do your one-on-ones on the side to boost up your income. Or you can sell a static course on the side, but this paid community just lets you breathe, which has been a game changer for us.

SPEAKER_02 10:08

Yeah. And it's something that if you if you have a digital course right now and that's what you offer, or you have a one-on-one service right now and that's what you offer, then the beauty of that is you're already fucking 20 steps ahead of anybody else. And you could be at that point now where you go, okay, I I love my digital course and I've created that, and it's around, I don't know, making money online, or it's around budgeting and how to set up your budget as a single mum. I don't know, let's just say that's your course and that's what you own and that's what you sit in and you love it. But part of your brain is like, yeah, but I just, I've kind of either had enough, I want to pivot, I want to move, but I can't because I feel so stuck in this one fucking lane where we're here to say, let's build the highway then. Let's go and go, okay, you've got your course, let's do a back-end membership. Somebody comes in, they buy that course, and off the back of that, then you bring them into a back-end membership. And what that allows you to do is they come up front, they do their learning, they discover what they need to discover and learn what they need to learn, but then they gain access to you in a more free way that it allows you to pivot, allows you then to go, oh, actually, these women really want to learn about um how to fucking do yoga or something. I don't know. Should have had a way better example. I don't. Maybe they want to do how to budget to save and invest in the stock market. Let's be more fucking clever about this, Kristen. And that's not in your course. You could add that inside a paid community where you can bring in an expert that teaches people, teaches these women around the stock market or around budgeting or other things that that then allows you to be lit up and become multi-brilliant because you go, I can light this flame again. I don't have to sit in this. So you don't have to burn that course down and go, fuck, I'm I am done with that. You go, cool, that's working really quite well for my business. Now I'm going to build off the back of that. And what could come from that creates a whole new avenue for you to be lit up as somebody that is multi-passionate. And that's that's, I think, the power of this space that I would like to say we've kind of stepped into so incredibly, and we've built this community around us of women that go, yeah, I've got late diagnosis ADA, oh, I'm dyslexic, oh, I'm multi-passionate. Yeah, I identify with that, but I've been told my entire life that I need to stick in one niche, stay in the box, not go outside the lines, and all of a sudden we want to be your leaders and create this fucking movement that goes, you know what? It is okay to do more than one thing. And what we do inside evolution is teach you how to monetize the fuck out of it and take it from, oh, I could do that, but I really need to stay here because I've been told my whole life I need to sit in this lane and and I'd love to do that, but I really can't. No, you fucking can. And like we've got this little saying that's fuck it, let's try. Like, let's try to continue. We say that to each other.

SPEAKER_01 12:58

Oh, I don't know, fuck it, let's just try. What what's the best thing? Let's just try.

SPEAKER_03 13:45

Humans, you're continuously evolving. If you're not evolving, there's something going on, especially in business, because it's a big self-discovery journey. But people who are multipassionate, have the spice, we evolve fast. And so you're evolving all the time, really quickly, having a paid community that lets you breathe and lets you go to your community. Hey guys, I've just learned this the other day. Is anyone interested in learning about this too? And then all of a sudden you've got these people going, fuck yeah, like awesome, let's do that. Or you bring in guest speakers or different topics, or you know, it just gives you that room to breathe. And you're right, like we've we've been brought up to choose one university degree. You do nursing and you're a nurse, and that's who you are, and that's your identity, and you're too burnt out to do anything else anyway. But this whole idea of, you know, having this portfolio career, and we like to call it, you know, your multi-brilliance, you can start monetizing all your little passions and interests that make up this one big beautiful income. And next minute you're working from home, you can drop the kids off, you can pick them up, you can go for a coffee with your friend on a Tuesday lunchtime, you can start doing all these things that you want to do because this money is coming in every single month, and it's almost like you're just getting paid to be you. You're the niche, you're getting paid to be you.

SPEAKER_02 15:08

And I'm curious, May, because I think this will help those listening, because, like we know, those of you that have been around the bush for a while, my story is different to yours. But I want to ask you,

Courses vs Memberships vs 1:1

SPEAKER_02 15:17

because I know a lot of people in our community probably sit more in your camp. I know there's a lot of nurses and health workers that follow us and certainly follow you and then have found us. Do you feel any real guilt that you're not a paramedic or a nurse anymore? Like, if I was like, take take all the vulnerabilities aside if you can, if you want to answer it. Like, do you feel guilty that you haven't followed in that path?

SPEAKER_03 15:42

I felt a lot of shame from wondering, okay, everyone's gonna think that I'm an idiot because I worked so long and hard in this career and did the uni degrees, and you know, it was quite difficult to get into paramedicine and get the job and everything. But when I got over what other people thought, I had to work through it, it was very weird to go from being a paramedic to posting TikToks and creating digital courses and creating content for brands. But part of me felt like, no, no, no, you've done your time, you did what you could do, you helped the community, you put your body through the ringer and your brain through the ringer to do that. Now it's your turn to do what you want to do. And so it was a definitely a bit of a process, and there was some guilt and shame, and oh my god, what are people gonna think? And how can I, you know, desert all these people just to change my career? But if you continue to stay in a career that is detrimental to your health and your mental health and physical health, you're no good to no one. You're no good to your family, your kids, your patients. If you're a teacher, you know, the kids in your class. So there comes a time where you just have to be like, you know what? No, I I've done my time, it's my turn now. And I think that's we tr we attract a lot of women in their 40s and beyond because you get to this point in your life where you know you start to go through perimenopause and you're like, you know what, it's my turn now. I'm sick of this. And when you are multi-passionate and you've been put into a box for a very long time, like I lost my creativity 100% when I was in healthcare. I didn't paint, I didn't play music, I didn't draw, I didn't do anything creative because I was so burnt out from the shift work, from being a nurse, all that sort of stuff. And you sort of just get to this point where, wait a minute, I can actually start monetizing my creativity that I've lost trying to be something for someone else. So it is a very big transitional period. And I guess, like, like for you, your job has been pretty creative all the way through in brand and marketing and graphic design, you've sort of been able to express your Yeah. So you get to this point in life, you know, you're hitting your 40s, and you start to realize that hey, I can start monetizing everything that I've learned, all my life experiences, my creativity, my multi-brilliance. And why not? Why not? And I mean, obviously, a lot of people have to do this on the side while they've got their full-time career because they got bills and all that sort of stuff. But when I first started in this space, something in me always wanted to create communities around me. And I started a UGC community and you know, a community with you and a little ADHD community. And I really started to realize quite early on in my journey that the mo the monthly recurring revenue was the thing that was keeping me afloat and keeping me going every single month. And I could do all my crazy little side quests and still have the money coming in every month every month. And we're the so we we've got so many side quests going on right now, but our paid community is what keeps us going. And we love being in there and the connections that you make and the friendships, and you know, you get to see people's transformations over time.

SPEAKER_02 19:15

Part of the reason I wanted to ask you that question was I think there's so many people in our community, and I know I've been unpacking this personally with just this idea that I've had that it's the shit I want to unlearn as somebody who's been in branded marketing for 40 years. I'm 41, I haven't been there for 40 years, fuck's sake. But as a 41-year-old, the the marketing that I knew and the way that I was brought up, the conditioning I had going into corporate straight out of uni is fucking insane. And I don't think I've actually unpacked it enough until

Building A Backend Membership

SPEAKER_02 19:47

I started thinking about this whole idea of unpacking this in my social medias and he even here on the podcast, is the things that we need to unlearn because I'm watching all these incredible 20-year-olds kill it because they don't have that conditioning that we do as 40-year-old women that had to go into the corporate world. We we've bridged that gap between no phones, no computers to computers, phones, phones in faces, social media. Like we've lived that generation, which is the cool part about being millennial. And so I think I suppose this part, I just want to really say to all of those listening that are in healthcare that are feeling guilty if they leave that. Or, you know, usually it happens when you have kids and your brain goes, How can I create something? What's the next big thing? What product can I make? What can I do so I don't have to go back to work? And you start to bubble those ideas. And so we want to kind of make this incubation machine, this movement that celebrates, okay, if that's what you want, how do we make it possible? How do we go fuck it? Let's try. And how do we also be kind enough on ourselves to acknowledge that that is a chapter of your life, for example, through healthcare, that you worked incredibly hard for and did incredible things for? But now the chapter that you've turned to, you're now working incredibly hard doing incredibly unique things that have never been created before. And how fucking cool is that that we are multi-brilliant enough and neurodivergent enough to create something that has never been created and write the rules of how that looks. To me, that's something that I think is more exciting and we're celebrating than looking down that path of oh, I I should be doing the healthcare soon, I should be having a corporate job, I should be working in that nine to five, I should be doing those things instead of going, fuck it, we tried this and holy fuck, it's working. Like I just want I want that to be celebrated, and I want you to hear if if you're sitting in that space that Mia was in, or you're sitting in the space that I've been in in corporate where you've been fucking trained to check everything off and run everything past your boss and get the okay, and then it gets manipulated so many times that's never what you actually ever fucking wanted. Like, I want this, if nothing else. I want people to hear, I want you to hear it's okay if you are choosing to try something unique and different and see if it works. And what if it does work? Like, what if it does work?

SPEAKER_03 22:26

Yeah, yeah. You're never gonna know if you don't try. I think a big thing that I struggled with, this was particularly before I learned that I had ADHD, was that shame around trying a lot of different businesses, starting, stopping, new thing, different thing. What's Mia gonna do next? What's this, you know, inside hustle that she's got going now? And I had to work through that. But when I realized I had ADHD, and I realized that my human design was, you know, had made me do what I wanted to do. I had that pull towards a certain thing. I had to slap myself around and say, it was okay to start lots of different business, test regularly, test fast, move fast, pivot. And I've learned that some of the best entrepreneurs have to do that, especially in this market with AI. You got to test fast, test your ideas, get feedback, validate your ideas. You know, building communities is so fucking important these days with AI because information is so readily available. And people want connections, they want to connect with other people, they want to connect with you, and being okay with being multipassionate and doing a lot of things at once instead of feeling like, oh, I can't stick to everything, I'm hopeless, nothing works. You're just moving fast and you're testing and having a community around you lets you do that.

SPEAKER_02 23:54

And it's and it's okay that you are moving so fast other people can't catch up with you. Like, that's okay. Like the amount of times that I'll be doing something or knee deep in something or about to start something, and my husband's like, What are you just slow down? What are you doing? I'm like, fucking speed up, mate. I've got shit to do. I'm gonna go and sit around here, we've got to go. And you know, my ideas are already formulated. I know what the vision is, I know what we've got to

Giving Permission To Pivot

SPEAKER_02 24:17

do. So you just need to keep up with me. And so, you know, we we've been trained to slow down to make other people feel comfortable. Fuck that shit. If people can't keep up with you, that's on them, not you. But it's it is your job to take them with you and show them what's possible and support them through the content that you create and you know, take them on that journey and that transformation. Yes, that is your responsibility. But if they're still like back at like, oh, but like yesterday you were doing this and and and I just can't, I don't know. Cool, cool, cool, cool. Now we're doing this and it's still aligned with my dynamic personal brand and that through line. It's still there because it's who I am, it's what my my my values are. And so I think it's it's something that really needs to be celebrated more. That it's okay if you're uh if you're moving fast and testing fast and learning fast, you're failing fast and you're growing. Like that's it's gonna end up much better than if you just sit there and start to think and overthink towards of towards being paralyzed.

SPEAKER_03 25:25

And that's when you're you're doing a disservice to your clients or your community, if you're staying stuck, you need to lead and say, guys, we're going. Are you coming with me? Let's not sit around and you know, fuss over this. And I think, especially in this day and age too, if if you're sitting on an idea and overthinking and planning, and oh, I've got to do a business plan, oh, I've got to do a big marketing plan, I've got to get the logo right. I can't start until I get the website right. Nah, no. You need to test fast and just move, otherwise you're gonna get left behind. And this is why we love paid communities too, because it is that trunk that lets you test your side quests and do your, you know, spicy things really, really quickly, because you know that that community is there for you and you've still got it, and the money's coming in every month, and you're taking them along for the ride as well. But if you've got a single product and you want to test something else and go off, like that single product is gonna be affected because you've you stopped selling it and you've stopped talking about it because you're on this side quest. So, as multi-passionate ADHD, you've got to understand your brain and how it works and set your business up in a way where you you don't have to fight your ADHD, you don't have to fight your multi-brilliance, because that's when it gets really hard.

SPEAKER_02 26:48

Yeah. And so we will wrap it up with asking you a question and asking you to do something for yourself, which is right now where you are, whether it's on your content creation journey, or maybe you've got a digital course, maybe you're you've got a digital product, maybe you want to create one, maybe you've got an idea, maybe you've got fucking five ideas. Write them down and write down the community that could support that idea, the community you want to bring together that will pay you. You may even have a free Facebook group. And you're like, oh yeah, no, I've got this Facebook group of 1,500 people. Cool. Why aren't those people or some of those people paying you? And it's not, and it's not out of you should pay me for what I am. It's more, okay, how can I give more to these people, give more to be of more service to this community? Because if somebody is paying me for my time, of course I'm going to invest more and they're going to get more out of it because when we pay for something, we pay attention. And so just think about what's going on in your digital space right now, what's going on in your business right now, and where do you think you could leverage potential paid communities? And drop us a DM. Let us know. I mean, we've got Evolution, that's our 12-month container that is open anytime because that's how we've decided to do it. And we're really enjoying growing that community in terms of what these women at the moment want, what these creators want from really digging deep and seeing what is possible and doing the fuck it, let's try. And so what is it right now that you've got?

SPEAKER_03 28:23

Okay. Like there's so many different topics, and you can create a paid

Testing Fast In An AI World

SPEAKER_03 28:27

community around anything you want. Yeah. It could be teaching art, or you could it could be a body-doubling community. Like your idea, like there is not an idea that you can't turn into a paid community.

SPEAKER_02 28:39

And even more so now, because like Mia was saying, like with AI and everything, we want, we are craving communities. We are craving to be around and supported by people, like-minded communities. And when you create something like that, people want to be there. If you create something that is service to them, that gives them something, and it doesn't have to be astronomical, it just needs to be something that helps somebody in their journey in this lifetime.

SPEAKER_03 29:08

Yeah. And it doesn't have to be complex and heavy, and once a month you do something for them. Once a month. And so yeah, it's one of the best models that we've found, especially for brains like ours. And I'll stand on this hill forever and say that paid communities is the best business model ever for a multi-brilliant creator. And just picture what your life would look like if you had money coming into your bank account every single month. Every single month, what would your life look like? What would your nervous system look like? I'll swear to God that you'll make connections in a community like you would have never done if you're just selling a one-off product.

SPEAKER_02 29:53

And what does that mean for you maybe giving up a day of work, giving up your job completely? Like when that recurring revenue, recurring income keeps coming in, what does that mean for you is a great question.

SPEAKER_03 30:08

And that quote that we just saw the other day, you only need a thousand fans to make a full-time living. That's not a thousand members paying you, that's a thousand fans in your community. And you open an offer and a hundred of them buy. And your community is a hundred bucks a month. You know, that's life changing stuff.

SPEAKER_02 30:33

Yeah. So, Mia, shall we do lights? Don't lights, it's been a while. It has been a while, shit. Sure, there's been some don't likes along the way. I know. I'm just trying to think right now. I don't like my fucking mics. I'm annoyed with the road not working, the yeti kind of working. Like, geyser. I buy the mics and I make them work. Techie shit.

SPEAKER_03 30:56

Yeah. And yeah, the big techies are just rolling around in cash and their shit don't work.

SPEAKER_02 31:02

So that's my don't like. I'll continue on with my like, even though I don't have one, but I'm gonna have to like really fucking think about one because there's lots of things I do. No, I'm gonna say my like is I'm trying to kick my own ass into moving my body every single day. And I'm someone that fucking loves it. Like I love moving my body, but I've been in like just oh, I don't have time, I don't have the time, making the excuses, and I've really over the last two weeks just done it, even if it's 20 minutes, and I feel better for it. So that is my like is and every time I don't do it, I'm like, okay, well, tomorrow you do a bit longer, or you just make sure you do it. Not making myself feel guilty, it's more for me a perimenopausal body don't work so well kind of vibe. But that the more I move, the better I actually feel. So I'm gonna go on that one.

SPEAKER_03 31:53

Well, that will lead me into my don't like is I'm reluctant to blame this on my ADHD, but I can't think of another reason why I'm like this. But I cannot stick to exercise. I have tried. I have tried, I have tried, I've

Action: Map Your Paid Community

SPEAKER_03 32:08

tried all the different exercises Pilates, yoga, gym classes, walking, running, swimming, fucking everything. But I just can't stick to it. And I don't know why. It's just like a like I like the feeling after I'm done, I feel better, but it's not enough for me to go, yeah, I'm gonna do that again tomorrow. And then I get myself into this negative cycle. Oh, you're lazy, oh you quit again, it's hard.

SPEAKER_02 32:31

Maybe it's like the that putting it on a pedestal too much of like, why don't I like it? I'm gonna try this, or that didn't work, instead of being like, Cool, I went for a walk, massive win. Oh, cool, today I fucking played with the kids at the beach, huge win. Oh, okay, today I did a boxing workout because that was weird and fun. Like, maybe it's more that just needs to be like, fuck it, let's try.

SPEAKER_03 32:52

Do something else. Just needs to be like a functional, I'm not exercising, I'm just having fun. And then try and do that every day. But um, yeah, it's been a lifelong struggle for me. Anyway, that's not I don't like. Um my like is probably a bad one, but I don't mind me a V can. I shouldn't drink these things. Like they are super dangerous, possum on um stimulants, but I don't know why. Just Vs, they just do something do something for me. And I've seen what they can do to people, and it's not good. I should jump one back and washing my vibant stand with a V.

SPEAKER_02 33:28

Actually, do you want to do a little cheeky promo as well? Because I want in on it. For your lights, can you also just add the hopper and then like you can give we'll give people the code and the bloody fucking thing?

SPEAKER_01 33:39

I'm really keen on trying it. Yeah, so feed that.

SPEAKER_03 33:43

And this is I believe an ADHD thing too. You're always dopamine seeking. So I've been a big drinker my whole life. Every four days off, every weekend without foul fucking boom. And it's been like that for a long time. Got on the ADHD medication, and obviously my brain has dopamine now, so I don't have to go and chase the alcohol. And so I haven't been drinking that much. But if there is grog in the fridge, I will finish it. But lately I've just been wanting I've just been wanting a glass of wine with dinner, but I don't want to go and buy a whole bottle because it's just gonna go down. And so I did a post on TikTok about it, and this guy's like, Have you tried hopper? It's like an alcohol-free drink, and usually I'm like, alcohol-free drink, fucking what the fuck? Why? But this has a functional nootropics, anyway. It's got herbs and stuff in it that give you a calm feeling. And I'm like, all right, I'll give them a try. Yeah, they do. So I've been a couple of hopper, they they're a little bit beerish, but not really, kind of like vodka lime soda. They come out like a beer. It's hops water, and they've got passion flour and L-theanine and a couple other things in there, and it takes the edge off. So I'm I'm loving them. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 35:02

Yeah, well, I've they always pop up, all the ads are popping up on my um Instagram and stuff like that. And I too, it's just like at the end of the day, I don't want to drink water anymore. I want fucking something else. And so sometimes it's just a matter of like I've been having the soda stream with cordial. I'm like, I need something that's not fucking water, that's not alcohol. I mean, we live on a vineyard, so I'm just gonna put a caveat to be like buy the red wine because nobody else, like, there's so much red wine in surplus. So can everyone go out and buy a fuck ton of red wine and save my business? At least. Because there are people who drive 25% around here.

SPEAKER_01 35:32

I'm like, come on.

SPEAKER_03 35:35

Yeah, like you would always have wine around you. It'd be hard to just like completely cut it out. But with the hopper, you know, you you get a glass. I I use a wine glass and I put ice in there and I fill it up and have to. No,

Likes And Don’t Likes: Tech And Movement

SPEAKER_03 35:47

it's good. But yeah, we'll drop the um, I got a 15% off code, pop it in the notes, give it a try. Not gonna lie, it's is as expensive as buying alcohol. But if you're trying to get off it, yeah. I mean, you wouldn't take a six pack to a party and get loose. It's just I'm lying on the couch, the day's done.

SPEAKER_02 36:07

How many parties do we go to with fucking six packs in our 40s, mate? Like it's I mean, you're not even 40 yet, but I know I am not heading out of a Saturday night. I'm just going out for a party with a six pack. I'm like, I'm just gonna sit inside with my fucking cup of tea and my hot water bag. Hot water bag.

SPEAKER_03 36:22

And then hopper free drinks. Yeah, yeah. Maybe once a month, I'll I'll give it a nudge. But um, yeah, look, yeah. Maybe Christmas Day you could try some hopper if you've got a big deso Dave. I love that. It's worth a try.

SPEAKER_01 36:40

All right. Well, we're gonna fuck it. And uh, this podcast works. Catch up.

SPEAKER_00 36:48

Kind of scary to think that 2026 is coming in three months. And imagine if you're in exactly the same place as you are now, where you're not getting the likes, you're not getting the follows, you're not getting the comments, and you're not getting the interaction from your audience, but you are putting in absolutely everything. We don't have to be wanting to blow up the top of 2026, but 2026 is your freaking yeah. And did you know that TikTok is the number one platform for consumer discovery? That's really Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, so stop wasting time on the other platforms and put TikTok at the top of marketing. And that is exactly why we have to build a blow up on TikTok in market talent. Don't get to grow your brand and put a lot of dark community that's actually freaking hard to make it. So if you want this one to join us all the details of the DMS, the challenge starts now. You can join us inside our hard up collective community on a monthly basis. Point above the challenge out. Otherwise, we are live right now. And if you want to see a chance before 2026, this is the message you needed to hear.

SPEAKER_02 37:45

So come on, so
