I think we've had some deep conversations , we've had some fun stuff going on , we've got stuff going in the back end , the front end , you know , whatever .

Now , mia , we are going to have a conversation today that's going to kind of go a little bit around content , because let's be really honest with the people listening , let's be really honest with you in terms of content can feel hard as fuck some days and we've both been feeling that . Is that correct or incorrect ?

Absolutely correct . And , like I said before , it comes in waves . You're feeling good one minute and the next minute you're like I can't create the thing , I don't know what to say , I don't know what to talk about , I'm feeling shit , and then you procrastinate and then you don't create any content .

Yeah , and there's a few reasons why , and one of them we are going to talk about in the podcast today .

But the other thing is and I think it's very good to be aware of this and we've spoken about this before , but I certainly have highlighted this with myself recently I have been consuming that much content on probably more TikTok just around . You know how to do better content the right hooks and I'm listening to the gurus and I'm watching people and I'm taking it in , and Mia and I are sharing things left , right and center , to the point where every time I hit record , the first thing that I think is oh no , that hook's not good enough . Who's going to listen to this ? Oh , it's probably five seconds in . They've probably flick ed already , instead of just creating the content and thinking , fuck it , whoever's going to watch this ?

The whole way through is my person , so I've been really trying to lean into that in the last only couple of days , because I've just hit a wall that is quite frustrating and feels very unlike me , and so that's what that's . What we're doing is leaning into the fact that it can be really hard , but we're going to have a chat about how we can make it easier .

Yeah , and I think a big point too is overthinking things . When I first started out in this space , I didn't overthink things too much because I didn't really have my own business , so I just like posted consistently , no matter what . Now that I'm learning a lot of things and I'm implementing them , I'm starting to really overthink it , and the overthinking can be .

It's the procrastination , it's our biggest . Our biggest not pain point our biggest stopping ground is just overthinking it , to the point where even I'll record a whole heap of content and it'll sit in the drafts and then I rewatch it . I'm like , no , maybe that's not right , I haven't said that , instead of just I'm really trying , actively trying , also because my phone memory is like so full that I can't save anymore , so now I have to post it . I have to post it , I have to record it and send it to the world . I'll be like you know what universe Do what you will . I'll see you later . Do it , yep .

So , Mia , do you want to talk about ? How are you today ?

Yes , and the reason that we wanted to talk about this today is , as per usual , Mia and I have had some mad Slack chat conversations around our messaging and we thought , you know , fuck it , we're going to have the conversation here with you right now .

If you want to just sit down and listen to how we riff when it comes to this messaging stuff , we've also got examples that are going to help you and we wanted to talk you through , I suppose , our process , how we think , how we pivot and reframe often , but how we've come to a point right now where I want to put it out there to the universe , mia , that I feel like we've come to this really solid place where it's starting to feel like , yep , this actually makes a whole lot of fucking sense , and it's we haven't restructured , change , done anything differently . We've just now seen kind of this clear way of going oh , it makes sense now and the messaging makes sense , and I think one of the biggest things that has happened is we are listening to you , we are listening to our ideal customer and we can hear your biggest pain point , and this is everything you need to switch the fuck onto right now If you want to get really , really good at your messaging and that's why business takes a long time .

You know growing an audience and understanding them . The whole entire time You're collecting data , you're collecting insights to your audience and how you can help them best . What are they feeling , what are their pain points , and you might have to pivot your business a little bit here and there to suit that .

And you're not going to know all of this until you start collecting that data and growing your audience and talking to them and so what we've done is basically kind of turn the ship upside down , turn the funnel upside down , emptied it , the fuck out and we're going to rebuild it . And we're going to rebuild it and share that with you so that you can understand our process , and we're going to give you a couple of examples of how other people are doing this and how they can do this and how you can do this to really identify your ideal customer's pain point . And so the first thing that I'm going to say could offend , so strap in . It's not even the word cunt , but I could offend .

I did because you're like , yes , my speakers and I was like all right , cunt , she's like I heard that . I was like I heard you Strap in . So nobody wants your digital product , nobody , nobody wants ours , nobody wants yours . Like that is true fact and when we say that and I can hear the what you can't say that , oh shit . And also because we teach how to create digital products , you're probably like guys , fuck off , like we trust you . What ?

when we say that , what we mean by that and this is something that certainly James Wedmore , coach and mentor , has taught me in the past and taught me and I to really get into the psychology of this . Like , if you think about a digital product , your ideal customer is not lying in bed at night thinking , geez , I could really do with 52 video lessons , a full PDF that I have to work through and put 12 hours to a day to learn . Fuck , that would be fucking awesome . They're just not .

Absolutely not . That requires work and time Gross . However , your ideal customer does have problems that keep them awake at night and they have issues that churn them up inside , that make them roll over , that make them wake up in the middle of the night and literally go I don't know . I don't know how to do this , I don't know what to do now . Those if you can identify those and create a solution through a digital product , then your digital product will sell . So you'll really have to hone in on that pain point .

There is no point in just creating a digital product and then selling it to people and going no , no , no , you need this . It's got so many lessons and it's 52 pages and it's 400 videos and it's a course that will change your life because it's going to take you three to six weeks to do . Okay , it's a long time in my life where , if you can identify the exact pin , like pinpoint that pain point it's a lot of P's in there and talk to that pain point , to the exact moment where your ideal customer goes , that's what I need . I need that . I need that . That in that second is what you're selling . That in that second we're in a problem solution business . So that is what we want to talk about , because your digital product will sell . But if you don't understand the messaging and you don't get clear as fuck on that pain point , it's going to be a lot harder . So me and I want to yeah go and it .

I was just gonna say it's actually really fucking hard to sell a digital product . You think about a physical product . You look at it , oh , that's going to solve my problem . Cool , it's got unique selling points . A digital product if you don't get the messaging right and create a solution to someone's problem , that is actually a big problem for them . You're going to find it really hard .

And you know , the other thing whether we want to say this or not , but I'm going to say it because we're here to share is the reason that digital products and digital marketing has had a boom and the master resale rights has had a boom and people are claiming they're 700,000 , 500,000 , 100,000 . Amazing . All right , that's great if you've done that and you've spoken to your ideal customer , but that is a digital viral wave that has happened . Selling a digital product that you have created because you've found that pain point and you've then onsold it , that's a lot harder , but it's not impossible , it's just harder . And when you find that pain point and you solve that pain point and you are magnetic to your ideal customer , it does become a lot easier to sell that digital product . And so that's kind of what we want to just be really clear and share with you .

The reason why we've turned the funnel upside down , because we've seen that in this digital marketing space recently there is this viral wave that it's making it look so easy to sell digital products and everybody .

I'm just going to keep creating them and keep trying to sell them , but what we're noticing is this real slowdown in people purchasing the digital product . And so what we wanted to do is make sure that you can get paid to boost your confidence , to create more content , to speak to your ideal customer , to grow your audience , to build the digital product , to grow your online business . So we've kind of just we're throwing shit out the sandbox and we're going to start again . And so , Mia , when it comes to this , what we've decided to do and how we've set it up , it all kind of came about with our first boot camp in February . Do you want to ? Like we'll talk about why we decided to focus on that whole idea of creating content to get paid UGC , what that meant in terms of trying to flip the script in instead of just coming to build your online presence , let's get you paid first . Do you want to ? Just let's have a conversation about why we did that and now why we're redoing and redefining that for our free bootcamp in June .

Content Is Key to Making Money

Yeah . So a lot of people jump into this space . They see a lot of people making dick loads of money online and they're like , shit , I can do that . I'll jump on TikTok , I'll start , I'll buy the roadmap or whatever and I'll start creating content . And they start to realize that this is like I'm not making sales , this is hard , I'm not making money . And then their confidence dips , their enthusiasm dips , everything kind of just plateaus and they start to think , well , is this for me ? And you know , nine times out of 10 , it's .

They don't generally realize that it's actually a lot of hard work to build an audience and do all the things , but they jump into this space and their content isn't that good . And if you're trying to sell something , you need to have good content . Content is king . Content is the catalyst to getting you paid in this whole entire space . And you know that's part of our target audience's biggest problem they're not making sales . Why is that ? Because the content's not hitting , it's not working , it's not converting , the messaging isn't right . Okay , so how can we get our audience to start making some money in this space to lift their confidence and get them better at content and do all the things ?

And this is exactly how I started in this space . I was getting paid to create content for brands in the UGC space . The minute that I got my first $400 in my hand , that just spiraled me into this whole space . It catapulted me forward . I had the confidence . I was like , oh my God , I'm making money . This is fantastic .

I kept creating , creating , creating , getting paid , growing an audience , and it was because I got paid for the content in the beginning that I put more effort into creating better content , that I was able to stay committed long-term because I was getting paid while I learned all the things , while I grew an audience , while I learned funnels and all that sort of stuff . So that's why we in our first bootcamp we you know , we had hundreds of women in there and I think they were thinking that we were going to teach them how to create content for their socials . But we kind of flipped it and said now let's do some UGC and let's get you paid for this video . And the women that implemented what we said . In 12 to 48 hours they got their first UGC deal like cash in hand and they were like holy fuck , this works .

This is amazing . My content's getting better and we could see it before our eyes . They were just flourishing . They were posting more consistently , their confidence was better , they were actually making money in this space . Some of them went on to like five figures a month doing this stuff , which gave them time , money , all the things to keep going in the digital space .

I think that was kind of something that just blew us away in terms of when we started thinking about the bootcamp . We really started having this thought pattern around you know , how can we help people create better content ? Because we could see that as a huge problem . That you know the the creating of the content , and it's not so much like we're not talking content that's like super stylized and full effects and anything like that , like we're talking . We're talking like mom content . That's literally just , um , you creating the content , showing up regularly , doing your damn thing , right .

Unlocking Success With UGC Content

And in doing that , we just had these conversations that we said well , if , at the end of the day , if somebody is wanting to create better content , what's holding them back is you're spending all this time and energy in creating the content , and so you keep turning up , you keep rocking up , you don't know if it's any good , it's not getting huge views , you're not growing your social media that much , so then you start having that internal language which is I'm shit , this isn't good enough , I'm no good , um , I'm just going to give up , right , that's a conversation you had , and Mia and I were like you know , obviously , with Mia's journey in the UGC space . That's how she started .

And then , from my background with brand and marketing , I was like , well , hang on a minute , the amount of times that I personally I'm a huge advocate for things I love I do nothing more than like call my girlfriend . I'm like , oh my God , mate , you've got to try this new , I don't know tanning lotion . It's amazing , Freaking love . It Changed my life . Like I'll give them that spiel , even though it has nothing to do with me ever getting paid , but I'll sell it to them because I love it , so I think they should love it .

So with that we thought , well , hang on a minute , if we can flip this and start helping this community , our community understand the power of getting paid for their content straight up . That then allows you yep , to go okay , now I've learned how to like . As soon as somebody's going to pay you , your confidence goes up because you know now , now I'm good enough Like that's the biggest kind of stopping point is not getting paid for it and just continuously creating and trying to build an audience and selling all the time . You know it can , it can be , it can feel really hard . So it's something that we saw that and kind of lent into that and grew in that space and have had so many success stories . That is blowing us away just so many watching the content .

It's so awesome watching the content of these women that , like we remember when they started with us and their content was okay , it was fine , but they were just not really growing . And then there was moments where they said to us like , oh , I don't know , like I don't know what to do . I , I want to pivot . It's too hard , it's overwhelming , I've had enough . And then they came to the free boot camp and then got themselves UGC jobs and now their content is just incredible .

Yeah , when you're getting paid to create content for a brand , you're kind of forced to get good at it because you're not going to sell them a crappy video for $400 . Two get good at it because you're not going to sell them a crappy video for $400 . So you're like , oh , I've got to live my game . And then that trickles into your own content when you're building your own audience , which you should be doing on the side anyway and it allows you to also then understand .

Once you start building that audience of your own , you're understanding who they are , what they need , you're finding ways to talk to them . Then you can build your digital product and go down that . But you know , in terms of just coming right back to this start , we kind of went okay , that felt good . And then for a while there , I think me and I had this conversation , or you know , maybe I felt it more personally that I was like are we going down the right line , like we've built the membership around , like digital products and helping people with this online space , and yes , ugc is a huge part of that but what does that mean for us ? And you know , we have these internal monologues ourselves and these slack chats ourselves that happen .

And then the other day we were just listening to another James Wedmore podcast and randomly I listened to it in the morning and I had like , because we're planning for the new boot camp in June , which , ps , you go to the stand store or you go to the show notes , sign up . It's June 17 , that is going to be happening . It's a free five-day bootcamp . It's going to be insane . But I was listening to the podcast in the morning and I'm making the kids breakfast and I'm having all these like little light bulb moments . And even though we're members of Business by Design in his community , I was listening to this podcast and because we were planning on this bootcamp , we're trying to think about the messaging and getting the messaging right and making sure that we do identify the pain point and all of that kind of stuff that we want you to be thinking about . And I'm having all these like thoughts . And then Mia messages me and she's like have you listened to this episode ? I'm having all these thoughts and I was like , okay , okay .

And then we had one of our community members sent us a DM and in her message there was about three or four messages , and I was listening on the way home from school drop-off and everything she was saying just hit these biggest pain points the sound of her voice , the things she was saying , the internal monologue that she was actually having out loud with us . I was like this is the problem . So , mia and I are listening to that message and this is the thing that we would say to you when you're trying to find your ideal customer's biggest pain point is listen to the things that aren't being said . Hear the sound of somebody's voice . Feel what they're saying in the messages , whether it's dms or voice messages or emails or whatever comments .

Try and read and feel your ideal customer , because what we kind of came back to is is you know , we thought we had it pretty clear , we weren't far off , but we came back and we're like okay , the biggest problem right now with our ideal customer is she's not getting paid . Now , that might be a few people like yeah , that's mine too , and so the first thing you think is okay , well , let's go and create the digital product , because then we can make money from that straight away . Let's go do that . But what does that need ?

Mia in order to sell the digital product . Oh , this little thing called content , that's correct and also an audience . Audience , doesn't it ? Yeah ?

yeah , well , that too .

So then we thought okay , her biggest problem is she's not getting paid and therefore it's harder to create content . She doesn't have time , she's overwhelmed anyway . She doesn't know what to do . So she feels legit . I could feel it in her voice that she was desperate and we went oh , hang on a minute . If our audience and our community learn UGC , first they learn how to create content that sells . They learn the viral formula that's inside our course . They understand the power of selling somebody else's something , because it's much easier to sell somebody else's stuff than your own .

And we kind of figured well that's actually the first thing that we need to do , because , no matter what , if you go through and you just learn and go through that course and go through the bootcamp and learn these skills , that's never going to be a bad thing , whether you give it to a brand and get paid , or whether you think , oh , that's not going to be a bad thing , whether you give it to and whether you give it to a brand and get paid , or whether you think , oh , that's not for me , the skills that you learn to do it will never ever let you down .

Yeah , and you think about it . Brands are coming to creators to create content to sell their product . So you're learning how to convert someone into seeing something and then purchasing that . So you take those skills across to your business and Bob's your uncle . And not only that . You're learning about the direct-to-consumer behaviors . You're learning about meta ads . You're learning about usage and the whole digital marketing thing together and you're going back and forth with brands about , you know , return on investment and all that stuff that if you are serious about setting up a long-term business in this space , you've got to know that stuff .

And , like , we've started creating ads ourselves . We're learning all that stuff . We've created our own UGC . You know it's kind of a no brainer and if I go back , if I had to put myself back at the very beginning and just started to sell a digital product , I probably would have fallen off the horse pretty quickly if I didn't get sales early on , cause that's how my brain works I jumped from thing to thing . I've got ADHD , but because I got paid so early on and so well , I was hooked . I was like fuck , this is my life now .

Yeah , I'm like , I'm back , yeah , and then you know , within doing that , it's then the next process that obviously , like Mia went through is she built all that . And look , ugc is not simple . We're not saying it's like a you know . Two second thing and it doesn't take time and energy not what we are saying , however . What we are saying is , if you put in the work , you'll get paid , which allows you to then use that as a tool as you build your business .

It might mean that you do one ugc fuck a month , a week that pays for you to come into the hive hub collective and get all the learning in the community that you need to keep building your success in this space . It might mean that it allows you to pay for the shopping that month , that week . Like it might mean that that's what it is . Some people want to do it full-time , some people just want to start with it as a little bit of extra money . So I think , in terms of that , what that then allowed Mia to do , for example , is to build that business and then got to a point where it got a lot for her , but then is now moved into . Now she's created and together we've created the membership and the digital products and the audience and the social media and everything like that off the back of UGC yeah .

And at any time we have the ability to go back to UGC and be like , oh , we need a little bit of extra money in the kitty , we'll do some UGC , yeah . So I suppose what what we saw is that you know what . There's a different way , and this is something that Mia and I our human design is built like . This is to fuck shit up , and the path that we are watching happen on social media is build your audience on social media , create a digital product , sell the digital product , show up , show up , show up , show up . Not sell the digital product . So we just kind of saw that and you know , as a somebody in brand and marketing , you know , that made sense to me .

Yes , okay , I mean , I've been doing content for years , I've built digital products and all that kind of stuff , but I've had an audience that I've built over years . So that kind of made sense . Yes , we'll do that . Yes , that's what people want . And then , all of a sudden , we have actually seen the enormous amount of success with our members when they took on this role as a UGC creator , especially a millennial if you're 40 , 50 , welcome , because brands want to see you .

They do they need you , and they need you for your authenticity . They need you for the connection . When it comes to speaking to people that you know , I want to buy from someone that reminds me of me , rather than a 20-year-old that's telling me they've got the best wrinkle cream . Y'all don't have wrinkles . Trust me , I don't see them . Yeah , got the best wrinkle cream . Y'all don't have wrinkles . Trust me , I don't see them .

Yeah , you don't know , no cellulite cream for a 23 year old .

I remember when I was , when I used to have my corporate career there was this girl that said to me one day I was about to turn 30 and she was like oh my , I used to go to the gym a lot . At the , the place I worked had a gym and lunch time . I used to go there all the time . I was very , very fit , great , fit , great . And she said to me one day I just want to let you know , kristen , when you turn 30 , like it's all going to get harder , like your body just doesn't , like it's not as elastic as that and it just doesn't .

And I was like good on you , mate , it's not going to be me Literally by about 31, . I was like holy shit , the body does change . Yeah , it happens fast .

And you want to buy something from someone who's feeling that , yeah , I want to buy something Now .

I want to buy from those women that are like I think I'm going through perimenopause . I'm like I think I don't know , can you tell me more ? And I want to buy the things because if you're going through and you look that good , I'm here for it . You know , if you're saying that you're feeling that good when it comes to UGC and when it comes to brands , brands are looking for that . So , coming into the June bootcamp , we really just want to help fast track you to that success and get you moving into that thought process of creating better content so that you can get paid . So that you can .

It takes that relief off , like we'll go back to the member that spoke to us and after we had a conversation , um , you know she turned around and was able to um , kind of sort out that situation and is getting paid now to help people create content . Yeah , so it's . It's one of those things that all of this skill set and and the other thing that it does which I forgot to say before , mia , when you were talking about um you know the benefits of learning UGC and understanding it , for you know the marketing purposes and all that . The other thing is it helps you understand a brand and understand what they want , where they are their target audience and these are all things that you need in your business .

And so the idea behind the success path is basically we've got now the hive method and that is the hype . So when you come in , we want you to come into the Hive , and that is the section . So that's going to be like the first thing , which is really strange for me because I'm coming from the background where the first thing that I want you to learn and I want you to understand a lot of is your foundations and your why and your audience and all those things that , to me , are fundamental to understanding you and your personal brand .

Now , in saying that , that is okay because the next section of the hive is now going to be the ignite I just had a brain fart . It's going to be the ignite . That is going to be your ignite phase , and by that we mean that is where we want you to fire up . That's where we want you to lay those solid foundations and understand through and through , your ideal customer , your audience , build your social media , learn which platform is your platform , grow on that platform , grow on that platform , thrive on that platform . Just fucking set it on fire . That's where you want to get to know your why your audience and those things that , for me , are paramount to your success in this space , like that you know and me , is the same in terms of the difference I've even seen in her since we connected and we went through the why process together and stuff like that , and now having that as the foundation is just really cool to watch .

In terms of like , we thought we had it right , but now we know , like Like this is a gut feeling , kind of no , and this stuff will happen to you too .

You'll start something and you'll , you know , tweak it and change it , and change your messaging as you get to know your audience as well , and the other part of when you're on the ignition stage , like both of our whys is neither of us are scared to fail , like we're all for fucking falling over and failing , but we're just wiping the dust off now going . It's almost like come on , I'm going to fail because this is good . Then we can show people what not to do . So then in the next section , the next phase is the V the validation of your vision . So this is now where you're starting to build your digital product . This is now where you're starting to make the thing you want to sell membership , subscription , even the podcast , maybe something in that space where now you've got your audience , you've ignited your audience , you've got that space , you understand them .

Now we're diving into your digital products what you want to sell , whatever that looks like . And therefore at any point in these phases , always jump back up to the hype , jump back up there to UGC . In the affiliate marketing , we've got an affiliate 40% commission within the Hype Hub Collective , so that hype section is getting you paid . So now start just understanding the power of that . So in that validation section , that's where you're , you know back it before you build it . That's where you're really just learning what your audience wants and getting paid for it in a different way , a more passive way potentially , or a bigger way , a high-ticket kind of way .

And then yeah , validating your idea and yeah , like we've got that section there back it before you build it . Because if you go and build something crazy big up at the hype section , you're kind of doing yourself a disservice because you haven't done all the other stuff .

And then the last one the E is elevate . So this is the elevate phase where now you're really moving into that digital founder . You're really stepping up . You've gone through those processes . Now you're turning this into an automated system . You're kind of like we did with the last boot camp , like you're earning the bigger money . You're really stepping it up . You might be doing one-on-one , you might be coaching , you might even be selling a service , a VA , social media management , whatever that is . You've kind of gone through this hive process where now you feel really strong with what you've got and you're seeing yourself now as a digital founder . This is like now your life , and you're able to basically make money whenever you need on demand , by either going back to UGC , to digital products , to your membership that you created , whatever that is . That's how it now looks and even just that .

I just got goosebumps just thinking about how we've managed to do that . I know this is a little hype session for us , but you know , sauce guys Got to sell yourself and you're on the ride with us . And what we love about this and I think what makes us so happy is , for the first time we both feel like at any point our members come to us and go , oh , this is how I'm feeling . We're like , oh , we'll go to the ignite phase and jump in there because this is missing . Or how I'm feeling . We're like , oh , we'll go to the ignite phase and jump in there because this is missing . Or you know what , maybe you just need to go back to hype , get yourself paid , get yourself confident and then jump back down to the elevate phase . So it makes so much sense to us now and this , to me , is so fucking exciting , Mia , Like I really am pumped , it just fits .

And , like Kristen said , at any time , you know we still do affiliate marketing , we still plug other brands' things and I still do UGC Kristen's got a UGC portfolio together as well and we just go and hype ourselves up when we need extra cash or , you know , when opportunities come your way and it's it . We just realize that this process , it works , this , this flow on of events works and this is , you know , kind of going back to where this conversation started .

The only reason that we are so excited to get here right now to this point is we identified a pain point and that's what you have to do , and they are things that that is kind of in the validation vision section , that is , in the ignite section as well . A little bit is really just digging so deep into your ideal audience and listening to them . And you know , sometimes I think you know simple messages that came through . If that hadn't come through and we hadn't listened to it , in that way would we be where we are , and I'm such a believer that things happen for a reason . So listen to the things going on around you , hear your audience , what they're not saying , because they are the things that are so important , if you can . And even with those things , that's what's going to make you really magnetic .

And , just for an example , with our ideal customer and things like that , we're talking about millennials and 40 plus , and me and I have had the conversation which I know that you could be having too . I don't want to niche down , I don't want to get too targeted , because what if I miss out ? Well , what's happened lately is when we've been talking about the boot camp and it says 40 plus . Right , that's part of our messaging is this is for women , 40 plus . And we've decided that because it's a generation that I mean I'm nearly 40 , but it's a generation where we didn't grow up with smartphones , we're not used to being in front of the camera . We've got our own yeah , we've got our own internal monologues . We don't think we're good enough . We're mums at home , all the shit that goes on , right . So we know some of the conversations that are happening . So we targeted that age group .

But what's happened is the amount of messages we've got in the DMs of people saying , oh , I saw like the boot camp is for 40 plus , but I'd love to join . I'm only 38 . We had someone the other day that was 28 and I was like absolutely , and part of me , like my first gut feeling , was like , oh shit , maybe we shouldn't target down , and I was like , hang on a minute . Those few people have taken an extra step in their day to DM us to say , can I come because I'm not old enough , and it sounds amazing . And then they've gone and then they've joined up . So that's three steps they've done that . They could have just put their email in and rocked up . That is magnetism and that .

So I suppose , other than just hyping ourselves up , the outcome for today's potty is what Mia and I would invite you to do is , this week , if nothing else , every single comment , every single DM , every single email that you receive from your ideal customer , take time to think about their pain point . Take time to look at your messaging and think have I answered the question ? Because even you know , a few times Mia and I have had conversations about you know well , our ideal customer . She's time , poor or something like that . Yeah , that's a pain point , absolutely it's a pain point . And then we've gone down the path of okay , we'll do that . And then all of a sudden , you just , we just keep getting these messages and every single time it comes back to I just need the money , I just need more money .

But it's a different kind of I need money . That isn't like I just need the quick fix . It's more like I just want this to work and I just I'm overwhelmed and I don't know how , and this is a solution . So remember , we're in the solution problem business . So just that's our invitation for this week . We're going to leave it with that , that , if nothing else , just spend a week immersed in your audience , in understanding them so much so that you can feel how they feel , and then try and articulate it in a way that your messaging solves their problem . It hits the any objections they've got and you flip that around right in front of them . So they're kind of like oh , thank , thank you , this is exactly what I need .

Yeah , and just be aware too , like without these viral waves of these MRR courses or , feel it , marketing courses , without those , it takes a long time to build an audience who knows , likes and trusts you and that you understand them well enough to provide a solution to their problem . He's doing them up in his shed and he's going to sell them . I'm at home all day anyway . Like there's ways , amazing ways , amazing , there's ways to just make money .
